1.Micro and Small Business Support Program
All adult Georgian citizens will be able to participate in the program as entrepreneurs who have or have not received financial support from Enterprise Georgia’s Micro and Small Business Support component before.
Existing beneficiaries of the agency will be able to receive a grant to both expand their funded projects and start new ones.
Importantly, Tbilisi has been added as one of the target locations of the Micro and Small Business Support Program, which prioritizes supporting more than 300 economic activities.
2.CREDIT GUARANTEE MECHANISM
The program aims to improve access to finance for small and medium size businesses, facilitate lending and ensure inclusive economic growth
Credit Guarantee Scheme will be based on Portfolio Guarantees and the loan will be evaluated by the Commercial Bank/Microfinance organization
A security provided by the Agency for up to 90% of the principal amount for each loan disbursed by commercial bank within the framework of the program. Guarantee shall be issued for each bank participating in the program for up to 35% of the disbursed loan portfolio within this program, at any moment

4.HOTEL INDUSTRY
Entrepreneurs operating in the regions of Georgia can benefit from the Hotel Industry Incentive. According to the Government decision and based on the market demand the scheme was introduced to promote hospitality business across country, attract increasing number of tourists, create jobs and develop each region of Georgia.
5.FILM IN GEORGIA
In 2016 Enterprise Georgia introduced program “Film in Georgia” that is a joint initiative of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia and the Ministry of Culture and Monuments Protection of Georgia. “Film in Georgia” offers 20-25% cash rebate on qualified expenses incurred in Georgia and aims to support the development of Georgia’s film industry, attract international filmmakers to the country and position Georgia as the main Eastern European Filming Destination.
6.TOURISM SERVICES INDUSTRY
The goal of the tourism services industry component is to develop theme parks, tourist services and climate-resorts. These innovative trends will facilitate the replacement of traditional economic activities with modern business activities
7.BALNEOLOGICAL RESORTS INDUSTRY
To showcase the potential of the regions, create tourism businesses and sustainable economic benefits, the Balneological Resorts industry component enables entrepreneurs to develop hotel businesses in the regions, create new jobs, attract more tourists, and contribute to the region’s economic development
8.Government Incentives
The program’s objective is to promote an entrepreneurial culture throughout the country by stimulating the establishment of new enterprises and supporting the expansion of existing operations.

Investment sectors
1.Energy
Over the last decade, electricity consumption has grown largely in line with real GDP growth rate and reached 12.6 TWh in 2018. Electricity generation has also been growing quite significantly since 2004, in part due to renewal and rehabilitation of existing HPPs and in part due to development of new power plants, reaching 12.1 TWh in 2018.
As consumption continues to rise not only in Georgia, but in neighboring countries as well, there is great opportunity to develop new power plants to keep up with this ever-increasing demand. According to estimates, currently only about 25% of Georgia’s potential is exploited. Therefore, there is a lot of untapped potential, mostly from hydro resources, but also from wind, solar, geothermal and biomass sources as well.
2.Business Process Outsourcing
Global BPO market has been growing at a rate of 4% CAGR for the past three years, surpassing USD 1 trillion in 2017. According to Gartner, growth is forecasted to continue at 5% CAGR through 2022. With its young and educated workforce having optimal mix of technical and linguistic attributes, competitive business-operating costs, the country’s strategic location on the crossroads of Europe and Asia (GMT+4), Georgia is becoming a rising eastern European outsourcing destination. The turnover of IT and business services sector reached 113.14 million USD in 2018 and export amounted to 84.5 million USD. Number of employees engaged in offshore IT&BS activities is around 5000
3.Manufacturing
Strategically located at the crossroads of trade and commerce between East and West, Georgia is ideally positioned to access markets of Asia and Europe, as well as the Middle East and the CIS countries. Business-friendly regulations, a favorable tax and customs framework and relatively low-cost work environment have played a key role in developing manufacturing sector in Georgia.
The food, metals and non-metallic mineral product provide the largest industrial base for Georgia at the moment, while Automotive and Aerospace, Electronics and pharmaceutical production are the fastest growing industries. Thus, country offers plenty of opportunities within the manufacturing industry.
4.Hospitality & Real Estate
Georgia is incredibly well placed at the gateway of Europe and Asia, with Georgia at its heart. Hospitality is country’s calling card to the world, with sophisticated transport and communications networks, and frictionless visa free access for the citizens of more than 98 countries. And the country looks forward to welcoming visitors back when it is safe to do so.
Georgia has predominantly proved to be a highly desirable location for the hospitality and real estate sectors. With its unique cultural heritage and exuberant hospitality, Georgia has seen a dynamic growth of international visitors over the recent years. Country received only 2 million international visitors in 2010, but in 2019, number of visitors reached a record high of 9.4 million (7.8 % y/y growth).
